Fishing Report 8/5/22

Fishing has been slowing a little lately, but people are still having luck out there!

Crappie and bluegill have been caught in deeper water around structure. Jigging with maggots or wax worms has been successful, as well as using Panfish Assassins and Bobby Garlands.
Folks have also had luck with crappie while night fishing under the 14 bridge.

Walleye have been caught with jigging raps by the Berlin dam. Some have also had luck trolling in 10-15’ with the Firetail Chrome Candy flicker shad.

Catfish are still being caught just about everywhere. Shrimp, chicken liver, and cut shad have been the most popular baits.
