🎣 Fishing Report – 8/15/2025 🎣
Walleye – The walleye bite has stayed consistent on the north end of Berlin, with trolling runs around the railroad bridge and 224 bridge producing good numbers. Anglers are having success with Flicker Shads, Flicker Minnows, and Bandit Walleye Shads.
Crappie – Nightfishing continues to be the most productive time, especially near bridge areas. Both the railroad bridge and 224 bridge have been hot spots, with fish hitting on Panfish Assassins, Bobby Garlands, Gulp Minnows, and live minnows.
Catfish – Plenty of catfish are being caught, with larger fish coming from Deer Creek, the 224 bridge at Berlin, and the 14 bridge at Berlin Lake. Best baits have included nightcrawlers, frozen bait like shad, shrimp, chicken liver, squid, and artificial catfish bait.
