🎣 Fishing Report – 7/18/2025 🎣

Walleye – Anglers have been having success trolling the north end of Berlin Lake, with hot spots near the railroad bridge and 224 bridge. Flicker Shads, Flicker Minnows, and Bandit Walleye Shads have been the top-producing lures.

Crappie – The crappie bite has been best after dark, especially around bridge areas like the railroad and 224 bridges. Effective presentations include Panfish Assassins, Bobby Garlands, Gulp Minnows, and live minnows.

Catfish – Reports have been strong across multiple locations, with some of the biggest fish coming from the 14 bridge at Berlin and the Reeder Road area at Walborn. Catfish are biting on a wide range of baits, but nightcrawlers, frozen options (shad, shrimp, chicken liver, squid), and prepared catfish baits are leading the pack.

Wipers – Action has been a bit spotty, but a few nice wipers have been landed near the 224 bridge, mostly on minnows and paddle tail swimbaits.
