4/16/21 Fishing Report

Berlin’s water level is currently -2.63 from normal and the temperature at the dam buoy at 1 ft deep is 52.5.

The white bass run has officially begun in the Mahoning River.  Use Rooster Tails, Beetle Spins, and Gulp minnows.

Crappie fishing has improved within the last couple days with some reports of catching up to forty fish. There have been some reports of crappie being caught on Price Street. Panfish Assassins, crappie bites, and minnows have been used to catch them.

A few musky have been caught at the Westbranch dam on bucktails.

The walleye are in a transition state from post-spawn to beginning to feed. Look for them in the willows at the southern end of Berlin.
