Walleye have been found off points and high banks as they are moving to deeper water. With increased water temps, look for them closer to the railroad bridge and near 224. If using crawler harnesses or jigs with nightcrawlers, expect to wade through plenty of catfish as you target them.
Crappie have moved a bit deeper but are still being found in open water at night in about 14-17’ FOW or near structure if fishing during the day time. If fishing from shore, Walborn and DeerCreek would be your best bet, but the bridges at Berlin have also produced fish in the last few days.
Catfish have been active all over. Some anglers report catching as many as 40-50 in a 4 hour period during the latest walleye tournament and most anglers are seeing lots of fish from shore and by boat. Nightcrawlers have been the best bait fished off a float or near the bottom.
The largemouth in the photos below were all released.
